Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it. This return policy applies to unused products in their original condition with all product tags intact.

Please note: Customized products, such as bags and totes with embroidery, are made to order and are not eligible for return unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at info@puryeclothing.com to notify us of your return request.

  2. You will receive instructions via email on how to proceed with the return and the necessary information for the return.

  3. Send the product back in its original packaging within 14 days of your return request. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of the refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please note that shipping costs are generally not refunded unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@puryeclothing.com. We will replace the defective product free of charge or offer a full refund.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order through our online store.
