Shipping Areas
We currently deliver products to Finland and selected international destinations. For more detailed information on shipping availability to other countries, please check the shipping options at checkout or contact us directly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are added to the total order amount at checkout. The shipping fee may vary depending on the size, weight, and delivery address of the order.
Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination:
• Finland: 5–14 business days
• International deliveries: 7–14 business days, but the delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
Please note that handmade items, especially custom embroidered products, may require a longer production time, which could result in extended delivery times.
Pickups
If you choose to pick up your order, please ensure that you collect the package within two weeks. Pickup hours are weekdays from 10 AM to 3 PM, unless otherwise agreed. The pickup location is: Itäinen Rantakatu 74 D. Before picking up, confirm that someone is available to hand over the package. You can contact us regarding pickups via email at info@puryeclothing.com.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code via email, if available. This allows you to track the progress of your order in real time. If an email address was not provided during checkout, we will not be able to send a tracking code or shipping confirmation.
