These terms of service apply to the online store Puryeclothing.fi. By using our online store and placing orders, you agree to the following terms.
- Products and Services
Our online store sells handmade bags and totes made from recycled and repurposed fabrics. We also offer customization services with embroidery according to the customer's requests. Please note that our products are unique and may contain slight variations, which is typical when using recycled materials.
- Ordering Process
When you place an order in our online store, the order is considered binding once we have sent you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline an order due to stock availability or other reasons. All prices in our online store are in euros (€) and include VAT.
- Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit card payments. Payment is made at the time of ordering.
- Shipping and Delivery Terms
We ship products to Finland and internationally. Delivery time is usually 7–10 business days, but for customized products, the delivery time may be longer. Shipping costs are added to the order and are specified before payment.
- Cancellation and Return Policy
In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product. However, the right of return does not apply to customized products, such as embroidered bags made according to the customer's specifications. The returned product must be unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- Warranty and Complaints
Our products are handmade and made from recycled materials, so minor imperfections are possible and part of the product's character. If there is a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
- Privacy and Cookies
We respect your privacy and process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. More information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy. Our online store uses cookies to improve the user experience.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our online store, such as images, texts, and designs, is the property of Purye Clothing (Pienet Miehet Oy) or licensed for our use. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the online store, such as delays or technical issues. We are also not liable if the product does not meet the customer’s expectations due to the inherent characteristics of recycled materials.
- Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service as necessary. The changes will take effect once published on our website. We recommend checking the terms of service regularly.
- Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms of service are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes related to these terms or the use of our online store will be primarily resolved through negotiation. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be settled by the Consumer Disputes Board or the Helsinki District Court.
